By booking a stay at Patel Homes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
Booking is confirmed only after receipt of payment. Jacuzzi cottages are subject to availability. Management reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be chargeable and subject to availability.
3. Guest Responsibility
Guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof at check-in. Any damage to property caused by guests will be chargeable.
4. Property Rules
Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and follow property guidelines. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
5. Food and Services
Menu items may vary depending on availability. Live music is available only on Saturdays. Boating services are available at additional cost and at guest’s own risk.
6. Liability
Patel Homes is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, accidents due to negligence, or natural events and weather conditions.
7. Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable as stated in our Refund Policy.
